We purchased our house through Matt and our positive dealings with him led us to sell it with him. That decision was fully justified through the result he achieved, sound advice, open and honest communication and excellent negotiation skills. If are buying or selling on the Northern Beaches Matt Morley is the agent you are looking for.

Matt, Stephen and the team at Doyle Spillane are a pleasure to work with. Matt has an intimate knowledge of the local property market. Matt and Stephen kept us updated on an almost daily basis and had the property sold in less than 2 weeks. Highly recommended!

From our first contact with Matt, and this was at properties we viewed prior to our purchase, he impressed with his professionalism, communication and follow up. During the process of purchasing our unit when you are in constant contact, right from the outset he provided sound guidance and advice, demonstrating the ability to fairly balance the needs of the buyer and the seller. For local expertise and person who you can trust, Matt is highly recommended.

Matt is very fair, candid and helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with when we recently purchased a property. If we were selling, we'd list with Matt.

I couldn't be happier with the result. The price I received far out weighted my expectations. Thank you Matt, thank you Vic (Auctioneer) and the Doyle Spillane team involved. Matt provided honest, professional and open communication at all times and we received an overwhelming result.

This is the second time I have used Matt and his team of Stephen and Melanie. A great price was achieved within a week of putting the property on the market. Matt and his team communicated effectively with me through-out the sale process without being intrusive. I am happy to recommend Matt and his team very highly

Matt provided great expertise and knowledge when we were thinking of selling in 6 months time and then blitzed it for us when we decided to sell 2 weeks later. Knows his market, communicates constantly, delightful team of Steve and Mel, continual follow up. As said, highly recommend!

Matt was extremely helpful and professional in helping us secure our property. His assistance didn't end with the sale as he provided information and support right through until settlement . Would highly recommend him.

Matt Morley gave me plenty of his time – discussing, recommending, encouraging – and was always on time to greet viewers cheerfully and personally. His team of co-workers and suggested tradesmen all made the process of preparing and selling my home much easier. Thanks again Matt for all your hard work.

I have searched Dee Why sales agents, noted that Mr Morley has sold a lots properties in Dee Why, and results were impressive. Also a friend mentioned that Morley was a good agent. It didn't take long for me to decide Mr Morley would be the agent to sell my unit.

Matt and his team are fantastic, their experience and expertise in Real Estate showed the more you dealt with them. He kept us informed through the whole process of selling our unit. When trying to decide which Realestate agent to go with was a nightmare, friends recommending this agent or that agent, speaking to them and listening to them. It was difficult decision, but once I meet Matt he stood out. I knew he sold the unit next to me. But he is such a genuine guy, I felt confident with him the whole way through the process. Matt knows the market and how to deal with the changing market to get you the very best price. He sold our unit after three open days, which meant we didn't have to go through the stress of an auction. He got more us the price we wanted. Matt comes highly recommended by Pip and myself. Their are enough stars to click on for Matt, there should be more than five stars he deserves heaps more.
