Matt Morley exceeded our expectations! Matt was given the challenging task of selling our 2 Bedroom unit in Dee Why in winter which usually is not the best seasonal time to sell. This sale was to back end a purchase of a new property and we had 6 weeks to sell on risk losing our new family dream home. We were concerned that we would not reach our perceived market value. We also lived interstate which we thought would be a barrier, so we never met Matt but he gave us the comfort and confidence that our time frame and goals could be met. By the time the property listed only a few days later we were holidaying in Fiji, which wasn't an issue, as Matt and his team went to extreme lengths to ensure we were kept up to date at all times. Our property was on the market for 8 days and it sold for the top end of our selling range. We couldn't be happier.
