Sincere and helpful
Paul Whitney was a pleasure to work with. When we first viewed the property he was informative and had a great understanding about the local property market. However he did not use hard sell techniques. During the buying process nothing was too much trouble for Paul who was incredibly efficient. We are very grateful for his sincere and professional approach and consequently chose Harcourts to manage our investment property.

Great to deal with
I was going to flick Paul an email regarding this, but thought I could make my comments here. Darren and I were very impressed with Paul from the moment we met him. From the start he was keen to talk to us, see what we were looking for, and offer help. From the moment we chose this home, he has been in contact with us on what was going on. Now as we currently live in the country, over 2 hours away, it made us feel secure in the dealings with this. Very Professional
Paul was very open and honest from the very beginning which made the entire process very easy as this was the first time we had sold a property. Much delayed appreciation.
I wont be specific, for fear that this goes more public than I would like. Every direct contact we had with Matt and his team at Salisbury was extremely helpful, and of course, remarkably successful in the shortest possible time. The disappointment was with other bodies concerned with the sale, so much so that I never wanted to even think about the experience again!

We found the staff of Harcourts to be professional, concerned about their clients and always willing to talk through possible options for the sale of the property. Paul was always at the property well before the advertised opening time, was well presented, welcomed prospective buyers and gave us constructive feedback after the opens. Paul followed up prospective buyers and when the first contract was cancelled worked to ensure that this situation did not occur again. We felt that Paul built a positive relationship with both the seller and the buyer which resulted in a positive outcome for all the participants. We would recommend Paul and Harcourts to friends and relatives wanting to sell their property.
