Professional and knowledgeable
There are a lot of things I could say about Matt as I have been dealing with him for years! Bottom line is he gets results due to his knowledge, communication skills, honest approach and most of all his tenacity to act for the vendor to get you the best solution! He has a no nonsense approach but used with integrity, respect and genuine desire to help his clients. I would recommend him to anyone.

Friendly feedback
The only down side that we were disappointed in was the fact that at times we felt that we were the middle party between the two agents . We were happy that Matt enlisted the help of another agent but the communication between the two was poor and we felt like we filled in the gaps too much. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt again and just felt that our feedback could be helpful for the future.

under contract within a week
Matt and Amanda were both very professional and our house was under contract for more than the asking price, within the week that it went on the Internet and our first open inspection. We were so happy with their service, they were continually in contact with us so we always knew what was happening. We would definitely recommend Matt Sargeant to anyone wanting to sell their house.
