You won’t regret listing with Ben, he and the Property Collective were just so great. They’re a fresh brand of realestate based in Canberra who know the Bush Capital as good as anyone. Against a backdrop of a highly pleasing result, Ben was generous with his time and had a focussed attention with my property. There were six open homes in three weeks and he delivered practical negotiations ultimately yielding a good offer prior to auction. This relieved much stress in the process for both me and the buyer and an outcome was agreed through his thoughtful and effective approach. Ben makes a great first impression and had my confidence from our first engagement. The legals, contracts and paperwork were also done without me needing to do a thing.
