Despite a falling property market and monthly increases in mortgage rates by the RBA/Banks, Jason backed his own judgement on the property's true value. Buyers clearly had the jitters: we had no offers before auction and we withdrew from the auction with no bidders registered. However, Jason never wavered in his drive and enthusiasm to sell the property and within a fortnight we had a buyer at the price we wanted - the price he had nominated right back at the start of the selling process.
