Great Agency
We have been with Marriott Lane for almost 20 years. We bought our investment property and they have been the property managers for all that time. We have always found them to be very courteous and always do their best for both owners and tenants.

Consistently high quality
Shant has been my rental agent at my apartment for 5 years and has consistently provided exceptional service and support throughout that period. He is a very capable and friendly person to deal with, and Marriott Lane's other agents have also been excellent during periods Shant is away or unavailable.

Extremely Helpful
Georgina Koeninger helped us throughout the entire process and most of all made it easy. At all times she was responsive, prompt with documentation, kept us informed and in addition provided tips and hints during the move process. For what we initially thought would be a daunting and stressful experience Georgina made it simple. Would highly recommend.

Great property manager.
Been on both sides, landlord and tenant. Had some good and some very bad property managers. Georgina from Marriott Lane is an excellent agent. Efficient, effective, personable, understanding, communicates well and does what she says will do. No BS. The people at reception are also very good. I have no problem recommending Georgina. 5 stars.

Reliable and professional
As a landlord, Marriott are very professional and reliable. Quarterly inspection are done consistently, statements produced on time and they are honest with their opinions. I find their fee structure more preferable than others.
