The agent was excellent in communicating with me at all stages till the unit was rented. The agent was able to find the right tenants for the unit. The references of the tenants were checked thoroughly. The agent was very pleasant and easy to deal with at all times.

After moving from Waterloo with an agent that took weeks to get back to us, it has been a breeze working with Andrea. She replies within the hour to any requests, very professional and easy to deal with. Andrea has made the move from South to North very easy.

We have recently purchased an appartment through Stephen O’Sullivan of Marriott Lane Real Estate. Our experience was well above expectation. From the day of first inspection until settlement, communication and negotiations were performed with the highest skill and professionalism. Our appartment has since been managed by Andrea Gongolidis of Marriott Lane. We were able to have a tenant move in within 5 days of settlement. We are delighted with how Andrea is looking after the tenancy. We couldn’t ask for a more professional, knowledgeable and communicative Property Manager.

My property manager Mathew Hanlon is always very professional, experienced and caring. My rental income has never been one day late in hitting my bank account. There is always lots of communication between myself and Mathew whenever there is an issue on my property. I have no doubt that my property is on the right hand and would definitely recommend Marriott Lane to any potential investor.

Andrea's professionalism and courtesy in every aspect is outstanding; as was the case with all others at Marriott Lane, like Shant, who have handled my property earlier. I would have no hesitation in recommending this real estate agency.

My wife and I recently moved from the UK to Sydney meaning that we had to quickly find a property. Matt was fantastic - not only in helping us find a wonderful house and supporting us through the rental process, but went above and beyond in showing us around the local area to really get a feel for our new neighbourhood. We'd wholeheartedly recommend Marriott Lane to anyone.
