We are extremely pleased with the recent sale of our investment property at Wynnum. We hadn't planned on selling at this stage but was approached by Kylee as she knew we were thinking of selling in the future. She had 2 other properties for sale in our complex which she had sold and had a few buyers who were keen to purchase in the complex, so after being approached by Kylee we ended up selling our unit within 48 hours of saying yes to her! It was the smoothest and most efficient sale we have had - Kylee was a breeze to deal with and the sale price far exceeded our expectation which was a pleasant & welcomed surprise! Her professionalism and knowledge made her a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommended her to others and would definitely use in the future.

Kylee is a brillaint agent, very personal and understands the magnitude of both buying and selling. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

After unsuccessfully looking for a property in a booming market, Kylee came to us with a home that far exceeded what we could have dreamed of. A very easy fast contract followed. There are many reasons Kylee made this such a stress free purchase and her genuine happiness for both buyer and seller is one of them. After being in the same home for 20 years Kylee understands our emotions of buying another home to move to. She also answers my many, many questions at all times of day with no sense of being inconvenienced. We are so confident in Kylee's ability we have asked her to sell our current home! We look forward to a great result and an exciting move 👏👏

Kylee has sold a number of other properties in our little cul-de-sac this year. We had been very impressed with the speed of sale and the results for other owners. Mark and I had lived in our home for 19 years and had always planned to sell this year when we retired. A hot market and an exceptional Kylee meant our home was sold in 4 days for much more than we had expected. Every question, concern or issue we had, Kylee was able to help and we always felt supported and cared for. If you are going to market and don't know an agent, please consider Kylee. You will be so looked after. Every review you read about her is true!

Kylee did a fantastic job selling my townhouse in Morningside. She has expert market knowledge and went to great lengths to secure a sale. The townhouse sold much sooner than I had hoped and Kylee got a better price than I had expected. I could not recommend Kylee highly enough.
