We went with Kylee after seeing other reviews and recent sales also the fact that she had quite an extensive knowledge of the area (which she certainly did) From the get go Kylee was extremely professional and organised. It was such an easy stress free experience. Kylee organised the photos and staging with her contacts very quickly and kept me updated every step of the way as it was an investment and we were in another town. She went above and beyond to show buyers through at all hours of the day that wanted private inspections to suite them. When it came time to close the contract Kylee had everything sorted with the buyer very efficiently, she had recommended a conveyancer and it all went through without a hitch making the process extremely smooth on the legal side. She also sent me a picture of the "SOLD" sticker on the property sign which I thought was a nice touch! Would Highly recommend Kylee if you are thinking of selling your property, I know we will be using her again if the chance ever arrises. Thanks again.

We are extremely pleased with the recent sale of our investment property at Wynnum.
