The team at Robinson Property have been consistently professional and provided good communication regarding inspections and repairs for the property. However, some issues have required several follow-ups with no resolution (such as hard waste disposal which was an issue before we moved in, and were told it was going to be solved over a month ago). I feel, comparative to other property management agencies, they have been pleasant to deal with and had good service, overall.

Moving to a new town can be daunting and finding a place to live feeds directly into that anxiety. Julz from Robinson Property was great when I met her for the property inspection. She was knowledgable about the property but better still she is a really nice person and shared her knowledge of the immediate area. In summary I was accepted for the property that afternoon and a weight was lifted from my shoulders. Highly recommended.

We are very happy with the buying, selling and management services we have received over the past 10 years with Robinson Property in Newcastle. Before we purchased our property we were shown a good range of properties to select from, all with various attributes. We were given time to think it through carefully with all information provided including rates and estimated weekly rental. The bidding was smooth and comfortable and in no way stressful or pressured. We were both relaxed and felt secure in the fact that we were in good hands. The management team has been excellent with carefully monitored selection of tenants that have looked after our property. There has been no major issues and we feel we have been well advised from the beginning.
