We have recently started our tenancy through Robinson Property, and have been very happy with them. Our tenancy application was approved very quickly, and everything explained in detail. There have been a few maintenance issues since we have moved in, and I have to say, Robinson Property have responded to our requests very quickly and the issues were all fixed, some were even fixed the same day as we had reported them. We are very happy with the way we are being treated as tenants, and would not hesitate to recommend renting through Robinson Property, they are so much more professional and organised than any previous agent we have rented with.

For my first time as a renter, in my own place with my partner I can not recommend Robinson's anymore. The team at Robinson Property have been consistently professional and provided good communication regarding inspections and repairs for the property. However, some issues have required several follow-ups with no resolution (such as hard waste disposal which was an issue before we moved in, and were told it was going to be solved over a month ago). I feel, comparative to other property management agencies, they have been pleasant to deal with and had good service, overall.
