With a real estate career spanning over 30 years, Damien Boldyrew brings extensive experience across industrial, commercial, retail, and residential property, including sales, leasing, and property management. Since joining Robinson Property in 2001, Damien has played a key role in one of Newcastle’s most respected and forward-thinking real estate teams. He has also contributed to the broader industry through his involvement with the REI NSW Commercial & Industrial Chapter committee and by delivering training to REI NSW members. Known for his practical, honest, and solutions-focused approach, Damien combines deep market knowledge with strong problem-solving skills. He leads Robinson’s rental department with a calm, can-do attitude and a strong focus on results. A lifelong Newcastle local, Damien has deep community ties and a genuine connection to the city he calls home. He appreciates its balance of “big city variety with a small community feel.” Outside of real estate, Damien is an avid sailor, regularly competing in dinghy and keelboat racing and serving as an International Race Official.

Excellent management of a number of issues left over from previous tenancy

After letting this property through Robinson, the new tennants identified quite a number of long standing issues we had been unaware of. Jacinta has been very effecinet in assisting with sorting these out and found a good balance between tenant and landlord.
