With a real estate career spanning over 30 years, Damien Boldyrew brings extensive experience across industrial, commercial, retail, and residential property, including sales, leasing, and property management. Since joining Robinson Property in 2001, Damien has played a key role in one of Newcastle’s most respected and forward-thinking real estate teams. He has also contributed to the broader industry through his involvement with the REI NSW Commercial & Industrial Chapter committee and by delivering training to REI NSW members. Known for his practical, honest, and solutions-focused approach, Damien combines deep market knowledge with strong problem-solving skills. He leads Robinson’s rental department with a calm, can-do attitude and a strong focus on results. A lifelong Newcastle local, Damien has deep community ties and a genuine connection to the city he calls home. He appreciates its balance of “big city variety with a small community feel.” Outside of real estate, Damien is an avid sailor, regularly competing in dinghy and keelboat racing and serving as an International Race Official.

Professional, Helpful and Reliable

We had a very positive experience with our property agent. She was very helpful, professional and supportive throughout the whole rental process. She put a lot of effort into assisting us, including inspecting the property carefully and making sure everything was well looked after both before and after our tenancy was successfully arranged. She was always responsive, approachable and willing to help whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We really appreciate the time and effort she put in to make the whole process smooth and stress-free for us. We are very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful and reliable property agent. Thank you again for all your help and support!

Responsive and Helpful Throughout the Process

Overall, I had a good experience. Communication was clear, and whenever there was an issue, they responded quickly and worked to resolve it as soon as possible. They were professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the rental process. While there were a few delays during the application process, I appreciated their efforts to keep things moving and provide updates. I would recommend them to others looking for a reliable real estate agent.
