We found Adrian very personable and obliging. He has a very sound knowledge of the local property market and procedures. Our property was sold within a week of listing. He and his staff were most helpful in answering queries that we had along the way and very willing to sort anything out. Adrian was also instrumental in helping us find a new home. He took on board our requests as to the type of property that we required and did not waste our time in showing us properties that would not be suitable. We asked to see a number of properties not of Adrian's listing and he was happy to oblige. In the end we bought the first house Adrian showed us.
