Tim is professional and realistic in his expectations of the price we could expect to get for our property. The advertising and photographs of our property were excellent. Tim and his team achieved the sale within a week with a quick settlement, which caused us an unexpected problem with having to store our furniture but they worked with us to locate storage which had been difficult to find. We found Adrian very personable and obliging. He has a very sound knowledge of the local property market and procedures. Our property was sold within a week of listing. He and his staff were most helpful in answering queries that we had along the way and very willing to sort anything out. Adrian was also instrumental in helping us find a new home. He took on board our requests as to the type of property that we required and did not waste our time in showing us properties that would not be suitable. We asked to see a number of properties not of Adrian's listing and he was happy to oblige. In the end we bought the first house Adrian showed us.

We’ve dealt with many real estate agents over the years and get so frustrated when they don’t reply to phone calls, emails etc. This is not the case with Tim.
