Thank you to Michelle and her team (Tamara & Emma) for all your help in selling our home on the night of the first inspection! We are blown away with the attention to detail the team provided us, as well as the constant communication and guidance. Selling a house is stressful enough, but with Michelle, it was honestly a breeze. We couldn't recommend Michelle and her team more highly when it comes to selling your home.

We recently purchased a property through Ben he was excellent. He obviously knew what the market was doing and was able to advise us accordingly. He kept in constant contact with us so we knew what was happening and he worked hard to help achieve a desirable outcome for both us and the Vendor. We would definitely recommend Ben when either selling or purchasing a property.

Ben is very experienced and a perfect professional. Did follow up with buyers continuously and sold our property well above our expected price in current market conditions Ben was providing updates almost everyday. We highly recommend Ben for anyone who wants to sell their houses Cheers

Communicating with Michelle and the team was easy and seamless. We have had difficult experiences with other agents and found O'Brien lovely to deal with.

We selected Michelle based on a number of recommendations from people she had previously represented, both buying and selling. After the initial inspection of our home, Michelle was able to recommend a clear market price and the best way to present the property. She obviously has a thorough knowledge of the Sandhurst Estate. O'Briens quickly organised a marketing programme and had our home open for inspection within a week. Initial offers came almost immediately, with offers within the recommended range, and she guided us to develop a contract with the selected purchaser. Throughout this entire process Michelle and her office kept us informed of progress. We would thank Michelle and her team for their highly professional and personalised approach and would be happy to recommend them based on our experience.
