Highly Professional Property Seller
Monique was a highly professional seller who was exceptionally good at keeping us informed on the status of our property. She was not only readily assessable but an enthusiastic and tireless worker to obtain the best price on our mother's deceased Estste property. Hard work from Monique pays off
The end result was a fast sale and for much more than I expected! I chose Monique to be my agent because I had seen her out working hard in my area many times, and the knowledge about the market Monique was able to give me was superior to other agents I interviewed. Monique also provided great advice and contacts to enable me to complete making the house as presentable as possible. I was interstate for the majority of the sales campaign, and Monique managed everything and kept me very up to date. Highly recommended by me.

Stress free selling experience
I recently sold my home through Barry Plant Boronia and couldn't have been happier with the level of service Monique Fitzgerald and her team provided. After making contact some 18 months before going on the market, Monique provided excellent advice and communication - keeping in regular contact. When it was time to sell, I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Not only did she help us achieve a fantastic price, her communication and customer service was outstanding at every step of the process. Monique is certainly a hard working agent, honest and someone I felt I could trust. Having now sold with her twice and bought from her once and would certainly recommend Monique if you're looking for a stress free selling experience.

Agent review of Keith Wilson
Keith was very efficient in selling my property. 2 weeks on the market and it was sold! He has a great knowledge of Boronia and surrounding areas and was right on the money when valuing the property. I'm very satisfied that he got the best price possible which was over and above my expectations. He also communicated every time there was an update and answered every phone call when I had questions of my own. Overall, I was very impressed.

What a relief
