If there’s one thing I’ve learnt, it’s how to push past the boundaries of possible, to accomplish the seemingly impossible. Having joined the Barry Plant Boronia team in 1998, I have continued to strive to earn myself a reputation for dedication, perseverance and passion to achieve top results, both in real estate and in my personal life. Each year I love to push myself to learn and experience new things. Joining the team in 2012 as a fresh-faced young man straight out of school, Adam had the privilege of starting as assistant to Monique Fitzgerald, now Director. As a first home buyer, the whole process felt incredibly daunting, but Adam Percy made every step so much easier. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. After I was unfortunately scammed while trying to organise a building inspection, Adam went out of his way to help me find a trustworthy building inspector. He also helped me find someone to replace the carpets, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. What stood out most was Adam's patience and kindness. He was always easy to talk to, never made me feel like any question was too small, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Buying your first home can be overwhelming, but Adam made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire journey. One of the biggest reasons I felt confident going ahead with purchasing my home was because of how comfortable and reassured Adam made me feel throughout the process. I couldn't recommend him more highly and I'm so grateful for all of his help.
