My husband and I just sold with Rob and the team. Aside from being very happy with the end sale price, we've been delighted with the level of service throughout the process. Rob is highly professional, very personable and a refreshingly straight talking agent. He knows the area inside and out. His level of communication over the 6 week process was exceptional. We were well informed on all elements of the campaign and interested parties. Rob gets that buying and selling is emotional business and the challenges of selling a home whilst you're living in it with 2 small kids. Private viewing at witching hour are not convenient! we managed to balance our needs with the interest parties'. Lastly, I met with a few agents before making my decision and I feel Belle gave a very realistic valuation of the property, based on the market at that time. They didn't over quite to win the business, which I feel some agents do. Given our recent experience, I would highly recommend Rob and the team.
