Michael sold my property at 1/191 Liverpool Rd, Burwood and from day 1 he was helpful, engaged, committed and thorough to see through the sale to a successful completion (which it was). For part of the open for inspection and the auction I was overseas and Michael was available at all hours for any questions or concerns I had, he made sure the unit presented well and talked us through every step of process. He always had time to provide me with an update and answered every question I had (and there were a lot!). Moreover his knowledge of the market and careful negotiations with prospective buyers had us sell the property within our price range in favourable conditions. Throughout our whole experience with Belle, Michael was a key contact on a day to day basis. He was always on time for each appointment and nothing was ever too much trouble if anything popped up.
