Mal was recommended to me by a friend of mine who was a Licenced Real Estate Agent in Mornington Peninsula , who has since retired. He advised that Mal was the best Agent in the area, and we found him to be extremely professional and straight down the line, no bullshit type of person. Everything that he said he would do, he did and his attention to detail was excellent. The property took a while to sell, but he stuck with the program and continued to preserver and he ended up getting us a good price on the property. We found out of the six agents we interviewed Mal was the most enthusiastic, great communication and listening skills and was willing to take on a challenging task with our property. The other agents were reluctant to listen to us, had lower expectations, no vision and advised we were expecting a higher selling price and this is why we believe Mal was the right agent for us. We met Mal at an open while in the process of looking to downsize to a town house in Rye. We maintained contact following our first meeting with Mal about the property we were looking at and then we iniated discussions around representing our property for sale. Mal was brilliant through the entire process he is calm, respectful and 'on the money' with understanding the Peninsula area. Within a 3 week period we had purchased the town house via Mal and he sold our property within 2 weeks from the first open.
