I have known Mal for approx. 9 years. He was the agent when I bought the home. I consulted him on a couple of previous occasions when I considered selling. In all dealings I have found him informative, approachable, easily contactable, very responsive to queries and above all has excellent easy going inter personal relationship skills. I can be quite pesty and fasidious but he wasn't at all phased by this. As you well know my home was subject to a very large number of inspections and enquiries (I think over 60 inspections) which ignited a fair amount of follow up.
