From the time that we met the team there and bought the property , I could not speak highly enough of them. I look forward to some more dealings with both Ainsley on the rental side of things which was managed very well from the word go and Carolyn for our next purchase. Ainsley was very good at communicating to us throughout the whole process when we were looking for tenants, she updated us with inspection outcomes after each opening and gave us feedback. It took us less than 2 weeks to get a good tenant at our asking rental price and the paper work was very easy to deal with especially with the aid of the electronic signatures which is a good initiative.
