Lovely to deal with

I engaged Ainsley from Harcourts, firstly because she very quickly got in touch with me after I put my information on another website - in fact there was only one other, and that was 4 days later. She was incredibly helpful from beginning to end - we don't live in the area so it was important to get an Agent that had a good knowledge of the area. Ainsley was always available for my questions, however small - either that day or definitely within 24 hours. I cant fault the service that Ainsley provided and I would be happy to recommend her and Harcourts Mornington for their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge.

Excellent Service
As an interstate investor, it was important for me to find an agent who could take over the management of my property and find a good tenant with a minimum of inconvenience to me. Committed to the job
Haven't had much experience with Ainsley but so far all communication has been positive, friendly and accomodating, Lauren was very helpful with the pre-lease make over. My only negative experience was that the ex-tenants bond was used to pay rental arrears and not directed towards clean up expenses, seeing that I don't visit the property regularly I am dependant on my agent going in to bat for me. Great property manager!
We are dealing with Ainsley from Harcourts Mornington and as we have just moved to the area from interstate we found it quiet difficult to get into the rental market, however when we first met Ainsley and explained our situation we found that she has gone over and above to ensure our living situation was in HER best interest. She has amazing communication skills which makes the process much more enjoyable and less daunting, we would highly recommend Ainsley to anyone in the buying/selling/rental market.
