I have been so impressed with the property managers at Buxton because they communicate well and are so friendly and helpful. I ran into the same agent at several inspections and she made me feel so hopeful that after months of looking, I would eventually find a place - and I did - with them! The agent who then took over and set up the lease and made all the arrangements was equally friendly and helpful. I give Buxton an A+ for great communication and supportive staff. Thank you.

We believe having a Property Manager that is good with communication; is critical. Ie. Keeping us up to date with any matters that arise, rather than us having to always initiate the follow up as to where things are at regarding our property is important to us. We have found that our current Property Manager Josh is responsive regarding any questions we have. He also brings matters to our attention asap. At times he also gives us suggestions of how to resolve matters regarding the property. He is also quick to jump on things to get things resolved.
