Satisfied Landlady.
A conscientious team of Property Managers who have found suitable tenants for my property over the last 4 years. Regular 6 monthly inspections are managed to alleviate any problems from either tenant or Landlady. Thank you to the team at Buxton.

Our Experience
Our experience dealing with the Buxton team has been extremely easy at this stressful time in moving house, the team have gone over and beyond helping us, from getting a property to giving us the keys, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It is a pleasure to deal with such wonderful people.

Great service
As first time landlords, Nadine from Buxton Ballarat has guided us through the steps to ensure our property is ready to be leased. Communication has been good and all documentation we expected were provided. I would highly recommend them to manage properties in the area.

They have been great so far!
Our agent Nadine has been easy to deal with and very responsive to our email/phone enquiries. She is accommodating of our requests. I like that they have Saturday morning business hours so we are able to drop by their Ballarat office. Admin papers were quick to fill up and easy to complete for a first-time investor!
