What to say about Mo. He is so professional in what he does & is always in communication about what is going on with your property, which helps put you at ease. Our home took a little longer to sell but this had nothing to do with Mo it was more just about the timing being right before Christmas. Mo spent a lot of time with interested buyers & setting up a lot of out of hour times for people interested. Mo puts so much time & effort into his clients, it is real sentiment on the person he is. There was no push for the discussion on price for him it was just easy & exceptionally affordable compared to the larger agents. Don’t be deceived by Mo because he works for a smaller agency, be open to him being able to spend the necessary time his clients to get to know them & there needs. We found Mo to be very easy to deal with in the purchase of this property. There were some delays on our side with funding due to the complicated nature of it being within a self managed fund. At no time did Mo pressure us and although I am sure he was anxious regarding the sale he showed great patience and was polite and understanding and seemed to be managing the vendor with the updates we gave him. Highly recommended. I will use Mo in future dealings where possible.
