I had a buyer's advocate/agent organising the purchase for me, however, I do know that the communication between the two was completely open and ongoing, that he took my thoughts/feelings into account, as well as the seller's, and that he also heeded the advice of my buyer's agent when to contact/avoid contacting me, based on how the negotiations were going (how my emotions were running). He has addressed everything that I asked to be addressed, and has done so without hesitation, making the final steps relatively breezy.

We would like to thank Mohamed Sarfatli of Calder Real Estate for getting our unit at Deer Park sold in much shorter time than we had ever expected. Infact he had offers before the open house and sold it within a couple of weeks prior to signing the contract. Not only he sold the unit in less time, but he also sold it at much higher price than what we were asking for. The technic and the professionalism he demostrated towards the sale of our property is beyond our believe.
