Thanks again to Jesse Chester and Clarke Humel. 10 days ago we wrote, in glowing terms, of the super quick and satisfactory sale off market of our Manly home unit by Jesse Chester. This review ended with the note that we had entrusted the sale of our Manly investment unit, a one bedder, again to the same sales team.
