Jesse was actually the first agent we met on the search for our new home over several months. During the period, we actually got to know each other quite well as we'd drop into various places he was selling. He was funny, great to chat to, charmed my wife - but I was a bit wary of the agent tropes. Jesse did a very forensic analysis right at the start to demonstrate to me what was a realistic price for the property, and then worked hard to identify the right potential purchaser profile so that we could home in on the right aspects of the property to highlight and maximise. Result - property sold pretty much for the price expected (notwithstanding the intervening market downturn) and did so within 5 days of being shown off-market, despite a very sluggish market, thus saving me significant stress and additional expense of having to go to market and potentially to auction. All in all it was a great result and an almost pain-free journey and I felt very well informed and looked after every step of the way. Great experience - would thoroughly recommend Jesse!
