Kirsty was a great agent to deal with while purchasing from interstate. She was really friendly and she communicated with us constantly throughout the process. We felt like we were in good hands and would happily work with Kirsty again.

Where do we begin? We have had an incredible experience with Jenni; finding our first home and navigating the often overwhelming home buyer process, and it wouldn’t be possible without Jenni! The market is very competitive at the moment and Jenni is the first agent who stopped and treated us with care and attention. From immediately responding to our request about the property, to being flexible and prompt around organising the inspection, Jenni was honest, attentive and easily contactable right from the beginning. Jenni has been in continuous contact with us during this process, from first inspection to unconditional contract. Without a doubt I can say Jenni genuinely cares and wants the best outcome for both seller AND buyer! Perhaps what we appreciated most was Jenni’s honest advice, reassurance and recommendations every step of the way. Being first home buyers and purchasing in an area we are not local to, Jenni was more than happy to share her incredible wealth of knowledge and local contacts to connect us to reliable services and contractors whenever we needed. We could not have imagined such an incredible home buying process, and it has been made easy by Jenni. We can’t say how much we appreciate her care, honest and impartial advice, local wisdom, and kind approach. We are forever grateful for all Jenni has done to help us find our new family home and we cannot recommend her enough. Whether you are buying or selling, Jenni is who you should talk to! Thank you Jenni for your wonderful service, you have truly gone above and beyond in every aspect. We can’t say how much Good we appreciate your time, energy and expertise.

Kay has been over the top in professionalism throughout the whole process of our sale. The offers of assistance, phone calls to advise and check on us as people not just clients and the genuine caring that she has shown has been appreciated. I would recommend Kay to any and everyone who is going to sell or buy. Her experience out weighs everyone else in the field.

From the moment my daughter and I were met at the property by Kay she was sincerely warm and welcoming. She explained the details of the open house system clearly and imparted great knowledge of the the home and area. During the process of the contract and purchasing Kay was very helpful and went well above what we expected from an agent. She rang us many times to see if we needed any help and with anything. Having lived in our present home for over forty years we have never navigated the whole process of purchasing a property.Kay’s professional help was invaluable always done with sincerity and true friendliness. It has truly been a remarkable experience to deal with Kay congratulations to Crowne Real Estate on having such a wonderful person on staff.

Over the years we have dealt with many agents as landlords, tenants, owners or purchasers. Kay is a refreshing change and a step above what we have come to expect from agents. Her local market knowledge and communication have been exceptional. I highly recommend Kay for your next real estate purchase or sale. Not only is she highly professional, she also has a great positive attitude and will do what it takes to get you the best outcome.

Kirsty is a leader in her field and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone wanting a positive real estate experIence. The difference between Kirsty and other real estate people I have dealt with, is her direct communication style, superior negotiation knowledge and her professional approach to securing the vendor the best price possible. From when the comparative market analysis was provided, I knew that I had chosen the right agent as her price estimate was supported by researched evidence. She is backed by an experienced and efficient admin team who were very willing to assist if needed. The experience was reassuring as she listens to the client’s needs and remains in contact regularly throughout the selling process. She works in the vendor’s interests and sets out to achieve maximum value. I have witnessed many “top agents” who rely on turnover to maximise their profits. Kirsty is fortunately, not in this group. For a hassle free experience at a premium sale price, call Kirsty. You will not be disappointed!
