We were already aware of the works and were able to reassure Kirsty that there was no need for the owner’s daughter to worry. We appreciated her thoughtfulness and keeping us informed. All three knew about the difficulties and delays selling Dad’s Adelaide property. They personally called to check on us, offer help and reassure us that Dad’s Queensland settlement could be extended if needed. Their kindness and support meant so much to our family. Mike was ringing me and letting me know what was happening with the market and help me understand what was required of us to have a good out come .
