Ben was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional and genuine but also friendly and accommodating. We felt that Ben supported us and had our best interests in mind as well as working hard for the Vendors. We very much appreciate his flexibility and speedy responses to all queries. We found that Ben was an excellent representative of Cunninghams and the whole experience was quick, easy, and professional. Thank you very much for all the hard work.

As mentioned, Steve performed as expected. However the fee of 1.9% plus an auctioneers fee ( what the !!!!) was exorbitant. A reasonable fee for what, 200 hours worked, at $150 per hour is circa $6,000. Your industry has gone mad. My apartment in Mosman is going to sale at a commission of $18,050 and I expect the agent to to be just as professional and to obtain the desired result for half the fee. Peter Weir

We highly recommend Andrew. Selling our biggest asset, we found the process very seamless. Andrew is very up front and realistic with what he can do. We set a high bar and he more than met them. A very pleased family.

We chose Andrew as we had heard on the grapevine that he was one of the best. We completely trusted his extensive market knowledge and ability to get the best price for our property. He guided us through a quick renovation (with him and his team project managing the renovation on our behalf) and he put us in touch with an amazing styling company to really take our property presentation to the next level. When we hit the market, Andrew's skills as a superior negotiator really shone and we sold our property for a premium price, exceeding our expectations.

We were in a position where we wanted to sell our apartment after we purchased our new property. Steve and his team were very helpful and prepared everything to be able to go online immediately after we signed the contract for the new place. When the moment came and we could sell our apartment it was a smooth and quick process and we were very happy with the price Steve negotiated with the interested parties. Steve experience proofed to be beneficial for us and we are so happy to have trusted his judgement. The most satisfying thing about Steve is his honesty. There was no "sales talk" to get you into signing his agreement or ridiculous promises to what he can sell our place for. He told us from the start what the process will be and what he think the realistic value of the unit is and he did not disappoint us in the any aspect. Thanks Steve and Thanks to the team at Cunninghams

Ben Jones is quite simply just a lovely person to deal with. You want to give him your business because he is so warm and friendly. But there is a lot more to Ben then just his warm manner. He delivered on his promises and tried his hardest to get us the best price possible for our family home. He has lots of knowledge of the North Balgowlah market and was always only a phone call away with helpful advise. He is a great communicator and always kept us in the loop. Selling your home is a stressful process and Ben did his best to make this as painless as possible for us. Thank you Ben.

Sam was amazing. He and Matt worked together as a wonderful team. They helped us get a fantastic price for the sale of our home and made the whole process a breeze. Sam also helped us find our new home and was in constant contact every week for the 5 or so months it took to find our dream home. I would highly recommend Sam and his team at Cunninghams.

Steve and Jodie were very impressive in their dealing with the sale of our Manly property. Their communication was excellent, much better than with any other agents we have dealt with. And when Steve suggested the sell price I thought it was real estate agents waffle just to get the listing, but he exceeded that figure. Great result. Thanks Steve & Jodie

Mark knows the local market and his advice was comprehensive and well researched. We found Mark to be honest, reliable, trustworthy and very professional. Even before the property was on the market, Mark’s vast knowledge and experience and his recommendations to improve the saleability of 155 Balgowlah Road, Balgowlah was invaluable eg house washing, tidying the gardens and professional house dressing. During the week the property was on the market, Mark regularly kept us informed of the progress even working all through the Easter long weekend to come to a successful conclusion. Mark is a great communicator and did everything he said he was going to do. We chose Mark because he is a local resident and has been a proven stable member of Cunningham’s Property for many years. We would trust Mark to sell any future properties for us. He went above and beyond to achieve a fantastic result. Thank you Mark.
