We like many people have been on the search for a house for many many months. The Sydney property market is crazy. We managed a minor miracle and bought in early march. We then decided very last minute to list our existing property rather than rent it out. Several friends have used Steve throughout the years and have all spoke very highly of his skills and ability as a negotiator but more importantly of his honesty and integrity , both for the vendor and the buyer. This, particularly in a market where it is easy for agents to look shiny without doing very much was of the utmost importance to us. We sold a few days later for hundreds of thousands more yes hundreds than we ever hoped for. It ended up being a street record and I firmly believe the change in strategy made all the difference.
