Viggo was a 'God-send' when everything seemed to be going pear-shaped. His was the voice of reason when all others were failing. I have no idea about his market knowledge, but his attitude, and his confident communication style were paramount in getting all the requisite items to the right people at the right time, albeit at times late due to my lack of actually being in country. His calls were the only ones that didn't come through at 2:30am, unlike some others, even after being told of the time difference. His diligence throughout the entire process, showed me he was reliable, thoughtful and professional.
