Those who know Viggo Megannon would describe him as hardworking and competitive. Operating throughout Brisbane's western suburbs, with a particular focus on his home suburb of Westlake. His work ethic was developed long before real estate. From coaching junior soccer at Peter Lightfoot Oval at 15, to washing dishes at Icarus Greek Restaurant, labouring with AC Hargreaves, and sorting parcels with Tamex, he learned the value of hard work, discipline, and connecting with people from all walks of life. He then completed his real estate qualifications and entered the industry at 19.
From a young age, Viggo was the kind of person who needed to be all in. Half measures never sat well with him. His mind only fully switched on when he was genuinely invested. Soccer consumed every hour outside school. A counsellor suggested piano to channel his energy, and two years later he was performing in front of crowds. His dad's passion for motorsport put him and his brother into go-kart racing. His mother's love of painting gave him somewhere to switch off. Every pursuit started the same way, raw, unpolished, and driven by a competitive hunger to improve. Real estate is no different.
In his first year, Viggo completed more than 30 sales from start to finish and assisted over 50 extra transactions with his colleagues. Every property entrusted to him has sold, a result he puts down to one simple belief: hard work pays off. His commitment to every client is the same, become their advantage, achieve their goals, and help them move into their next chapter in the position they hoped to be in. Helping people is central to his faith and something he carries into every part of his life.
