I rated the communication down because when I spoke to the agency, to then be put in touch wityh Jess it felt like they would not do it, which was frustrating. Once I got in contact with Jessica directly the communication was great, she worked hard to make sure we rented a property through your agency and I believe we got a good result for us and for you guys with a fast rent of a new property you had. Looking forward to working together in the future, when we hopefully one day, decide to buy on the GC.

Jess made the application process an absolute breeze. From the beginning we knew the property was what we wanted and came ready with application forms in hand, the property was incredible and Jess sealed the deal with her bubbly personality and abundance of information on why this was the property we should apply for. Usually the waiting game can be awful but her updates and reassurance made it go quickly. For the entire time with L J Hooker Burleigh Mark Holland has been a great help whenever required; always professional and open to having a phone call about any concerns or updates on the property. Inspections and information was always sent through and even when I had changes of contact details there was never any issues, it was all done seamlessly! During my time at the property through L J Hooker I also had contact with Tracy Cooke and it was always a lovely experience. Tracy truly cares about the experience of the tenants and that comes across in her interactions. It was great to have fun banter and bond over shared interests when interactive with a real estate.
