Amazing Agency - Amazing Agent - Jessica Melling
My partner and I have been attempting to find a new home and to be honest, the whole experience has been slightly intense, that is until we met Jessica Melling and the team at LJ Hooker Robina. Jessica was friendly, informative, prompt with replies and to organize inspections and was also kind enough to go about and beyond and set up a second appointment for us. Jessica made the whole experience of searching for and applying for a property a breeze. I would most definitely recommend Jessica and the office to anyone who is looking for a property manager.

They found a tenant within a couple of weeks and provided helpful communication. Being overseas I was unable to organize the preparation of my house, Jessica helped organize with removers, tradesmen etc

Jessica is the Jewel in the Crown
Very impressed with Jessica Cummings and the way in which she managed my leasing requirements for my new property on Hope Island. Great agency. Easy to deal with.
We found Jessica to be very professional and friendly. She listened to us and we were happy with the outcome. After a couple of unsuccessful inspections were suggested to drop the rent and she had an open house on a Sunday, which apparently isn't usually the done thing, and we were successful on the day. The tenants moved in within a week with a 12 month lease.
