Very Positive Experience
From the initial enquiry to the completion of my Gold Coast property purchase, I found Joel to be honest and knowledgeable during all of our conversations. Joel helped me to understand the sellers needs, and provided professional mediation in order the purchase be completed efficiently. He is refreshingly straight forward and is/was quick to respond to my questions. Wouldn’t work with anyone else
Within a week of going on the market, Tracy produced a record sale for our apartment in our building complex - over $200K more than the last sale!
