Excellent communicator and all around nice guy!

Geoff kept us fully informed through every stage of the process, offering advice on all aspects of the sale, as well as helpful advice along the way with recommendations for other professionals as we needed them. He welcomed any questions and kept in close contact, without being overbearing. He attended every open home, arrived early and stayed late, as long as there were potential buyers coming through. He helped us achieve multiple offers and communicated with the top offers, in a friendly but not forceful manner.
