I was in no hurry to sell my property and had a good idea of what it was worth. I spent a couple of months using a private seller’s website with mixed results. Nathan contacted me during this time and the property was sold in the first week for the price I wanted. I was most impressed with the way he handled the sale - his communication and dedication was outstanding, not to mention the exceptional marketing he had organised (we even had channel 9’s Today Show film the property as part of a story they were doing). Nathan had been recommended to us and we are very happy that we followed their recommendation. When first listed, due to unforeseen circumstances we had to withdraw the property from sale. Nathan was understanding and and assured us that it wasn’t a problem. His attitude was such that when the time came to re-list the property, he was our first and only choice.
