Exceptional Experience!

Extremely Professional Agent
Carlos, was great at keeping us up to date with every aspect of the Sale of our Property, right from the start. The property went on the market right at the start of Covid, which made things a little more tricky, but Carlos found a way to workaround and get interest going.

Nathan really loves his work as an real estate agent.
We met Nathan some time ago and we were so impressed by his friendly and happy manner and said to ourselves if ever we decided to sell it would be Nathan working for us. Nathan got the job done!
I was in no hurry to sell my property and had a good idea of what it was worth. I spent a couple of months using a private seller’s website with mixed results. Nathan contacted me during this time and the property was sold in the first week for the price I wanted. I was most impressed with the way he handled the sale - his communication and dedication was outstanding, not to mention the exceptional marketing he had organised (we even had channel 9’s Today Show film the property as part of a story they were doing). I couldn’t recommend him highly enough and would certainly use his services again in the future.

Was always upfront and honest and there when you needed him
All the open houses went well negotiations between Nathan and the clients were totally organised this market knowledge of houses around and what they went for was superb and the house was sold and settled without a hitch

Extremely Professional and knowledgeable.
Nathan had been recommended to us and we are very happy that we followed their recommendation. When first listed, due to unforeseen circumstances we had to withdraw the property from sale. Nathan was understanding and and assured us that it wasn’t a problem. His attitude was such that when the time came to re-list the property, he was our first and only choice. Nathan correctly identified the price range for our property and suggested a figure that we were very happy with. Early interest turned quickly into a contract and Nathan’s management ensured that the sale went through quickly and efficiently. Thanks Nathan....really great job!
