Exceptional Agent who take genuine care through the entire sale process
Brent was responsible for the sale of my property and I could not have been happier! As I was based in NSW and the property concerned was in Croydon VIC and part of a deceased estate, out situation was more complicated. From providing good advice, arranging quality trades to make the property presentable and in good condition and providing regular communication, Brent make an otherwise stressful process easy and most importantly achieved a great result. I have no hesitation in recommending Brent and wished that he was a real estate agent here in Sydney!

Great agent, no nonsense, clear and direct...as I wanted.
I considered 6 agents in the area. They all knew their stuff but David was a no nonsense, clear and direct communicator, I never had to chase him as he gave me clear and direct feedback within hours of every inspection. If you don't need unnecessary spin, David is your man. We are delighted with the outcome he achieved for us.
