In a time that makes you reconsider selling and if you may even be able to achieve your forecast purchase price, Sam and Andy were absolutely fantastic. Didn't BS about the market and what they bevies was possible. Always gave updates on enquiries and keep me posted the whole time. At the end took 3 offers over the same weekend to then finalise the sale early the next week. All ran very smoothly and I highly recommend talking to them if you are considering selling. We sold our property at a very difficult time (during Covid 19 just before stage 3 was announced). We chose Andrew because he is an experienced agent with a successful sales record who has sold a number of similar units to ours in the Elwood area. He listened to our needs, explained the current market state to us, made some improvement recommendations and importantly didn’t hassle us for a listing decision. As the pandemic worsened it became clear that the normal marketing strategies would not be appropriate.
