We were selling a small flat. Andrew listened to what what we said we wanted in relation to our tenant, who we wanted to be treated decently because the flat was her home. He also listened to what we were after financially, and provided clear advice on the state of the market, made suggestions in relation to how we wanted to market the property and provided a full statement of likely costs and timelines. Our tenant was treated respectfully, Andrew reported back to us after every viewing and during the negotiations with interested buyers. He secured a buyer in almost exactly one month at a price we were happy with. Sam was calm and reassuring throughout our house sale. COVID really tested our resolve as we were due to go to auction the weekend before Easter. We moved out to decorate and style, rented, market stalled, we received an offer but it was too low and we moved back in. Sam was with us every step of the way. We finally went back to market, received a better offer which Sam and Rhianna were able to agree $100k more to seal the deal.
