Great service. Exceeded our expectation. Professional, understanding & kept us informed throughout the process. Did not stop trying even when initial purchaser withdrew.

We chose Matthew over other agents due to his enthusiasm towards selling our home. He was able to show a good understanding of buyer intentions and therefore we believed that he was able to offer good advice towards selling strategies. He communicated very well. We felt very informed throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a quality real estate agent.

Matthew Lucas is clearly passionate about his work and has provided outstanding service during the process of selling the family home. Matt's sincere, patient and professional manner provided great support during this time which was very much appreciated – in addition he also made time to meet with the family on his days off! I have no hesitation in recommending Matthew Lucas as a future agent. Stef Gilmour .

Overall she is very helpful and efficient. But she had no answers to my doubts n questions. When we went in for final inspection. Got a lesson.
