Matt has a great knowledge and understanding of the Blacktown real estate market. Out of all the agents we interviewed, he was most upfront and honest with his estimates and opinions on what we could expect for the sale of our home. He gave great advice on how to approach the market and was always very prompt and thorough with his communication when we had queries or required confirmation on anything. This high level of service and communication continued even after the sale was made, all the way through to settlement of the property. Matt was very upfront about his fees, and while they were not the lowest available, comparing our experience with Matt to some of the agents when we were looking to purchase our next home, it became very clear that you get what you pay for, and when it comes to selling your home you don't want to skimp on those costs. We would recommend Matt very highly.

I met with five agents. All different but Matt Lucas stood out because he was honest and was optimistic in the figure he could achieve for the sale of my home. Matthew was a great help all the way through the setting up for the Auction with the enquiries etc . All the people involved on the day of the Auction was great with the information about how the Auction works . Matthew and the others tried there hardest to et what we wanted but we had to let it go for a little less which we thought was more realistic to a good price and we had it sold which is what we wanted .
