This was the second property that Stewart sold for me. From the start he was helpful, knowledgeable and always contactable. He assisted me with reliable contacts to help renovate the house and was always checking in to see how things were going. He was honest and spot on in his appraisal and thoughts on the market and my own property. I will always recommend Stewart for anyone wanting to sell their home. Thank you, thank you, thank you :)

We bought our first property with Stewart 5+ years ago. When we saw him around town he'd always say g'day. His attention to our needs meant that we sold with him and his realty too. Super quick and good price sale!

We were very happy with Stuart's handling of the sale of our property. He has an excellent knowledge of the local market, and and provided very good advice about presenting the house, and about the price range we could expect.

Stewart was recommended to me by friends, and after I engaged him other friends also commended him. I found Stewart to be very personable and easy to deal with but that did not detract from his professionalism. He clearly explained to me the process involved in selling, provided simple tips that would make my house more presentable without me wasting unnecessary time or effort, and he kept me well informed during the process as to how things were progressing so that I never felt uninformed. Stewart has a good grasp of the market in the area and importantly he had a good feel as to how to gauge the buyer interest in my house in order to get me a great result. I would thoroughly recommend Stewart to anyone wishing to sell their house

We have just settled on this property, and throughout the process Stewart was extremely professional. He was always accommodating with requests for inspections. I was particularly impressed with the preparation they put into the first open day, which included setting up a table with bottles of water and sales brochures. It was also clear that he had researched the property and its history by being able to answer whatever questions I put to him.
