Kenneth has been a member of the McGrath Lower Blue Mountains family since joining late 2021. He previously worked in real estate in semi-rural Wollondilly, which gave him wide experience of selling many different kinds of property from dual occupancy through greenfield subdivisions to a circa 1812 ex-Rectory. Kenneth moved to the Blue Mountains for love, and quickly fell in love again, with the lifestyle and people of the community. He’s constantly delighted by how friendly and inviting the people of the mountains are. Like many, Kenneth’s working life began in hospitality. These years built a strong service and work ethos, one of the reasons that prompted his choice to work with McGrath. Kenneth feels an affinity for their approach to service and community as well as respect for the high standards of honesty and performance. His application of these standards to his own work is reflected in his focus on servicing local residents in all housing needs, recognising that buying and selling a home is more than just a property transaction. Stewart Lamont of McGraths Lower Blue Mountains Real Estate guided us through the sale of our property in Blaxland. He is very personable and is extremely knowledgeable of the market. Stewart provided us with a realistic price range and presentation of our property. He highlighted the selling points of our property and recommended how to present it for the open house. Nothing too difficult

Stewart was great from the start of the process. As a single mum, this whole experience was extremely new to me and a lot of unknowns. He kept up communication, nothing was ever forced. Able to organise for me to view the property twice prior to cooling off finishing. Great communication and professionalism.
