David, Lukas and the team recently sold our apartment in Waterloo 'off market' in a very tough climate. David was professional with expert market knowledge and was able to get us a very quick, efficient sale with a great result in under a week! Lukas was very helpful and available to address any queries at any time of the day. I would highly recommend David and the MGM Martin team and would definitely work with them again.

There’s a reason why Dave’s won so many awards - he truly is the best in the game. After dealing with so many agents on my journey of finding my first home, Dave’s honesty and candour was a welcomed change. Dealing with Dave felt like dealing with a friend as opposed to being just another number. Dave’s approach removed a lot of the anxiety from the process and made the whole thing very enjoyable.

It is a pleasure working with Peter. He is knowledgeable about the real estate market and provides professional and value added advice from the perspective of the client. He has an excellent follow-up system and keeps us well informed in every stage of the process. He always delivers as promised on time and on target. We are glad that we made the right decision to move our business to MGM and to have Peter looking after it for us.

Great to a real estate team without the bullshit, that rivals used car salesman. Everybody in David's team is helpful and are their to help coordinate the buyer and vendor come to a fair deal. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
