We saw the apartment in mid December and managed to get a deal done within 10 days or so. We didn't have a pre-approval at the time so David took the time to talk to the mortgage broker so we could work out a deal within days. It was a great concerted effort on all sides and I was thoroughly satisfied with the communication, responsiveness from both David and Lukas who both did me a tremendous service. We moved in today and I must say that I am satisfied how everything went down. Warm recommendation if you are interested in the area they service.

David and the team provided an exceptional experience. As an investor selling the property they advised vacant possession which was great advice. In addition, they organised quotes and trades for repainting, flooring, electrical and styling then proceeded to project manage the maintenance process.
